This series of ads represents the second round of spots done for Energizer's reboot of their iconic mascot. I oversaw all animation-related tasks, and ensured that they went smoothly from start to finish by working closely with director Robert Sethi and the other artists across the pipeline. Each spot had it's own unique set of challenges to solve, whether technical, creative or both. With a tight schedule and overlapping deadlines for deliveries, my first foray into leading was a satisfying challenge to conquer.
VR (2017)
By far the biggest of the spots for this series, thorough exploration through previs was critical in creating a successful spot. We realized during this stage that motion capture would be necessary to for the football characters if we wanted to deliver the spot on time.
Many actions pushed the bunny rig in ways we had never done before and required creative solutions to accomplish in an appealing way. Cheating to the camera was often a necessity.
